UMS Mila, Crazy!

Posted by Unknown on Wednesday, 2 July 2014

The football is craziness. The football players showed crazy actions oftentimes. Made you charmed. And the supporters showed crazy expressions when watching the football match as such as FIFA World Cup 2014.
On June 23 ago, Under 18 UMS Mila Football Club visited Banda Aceh. They went from Pidie Regency to The Capital of Aceh. They brought one mission: to kill Under 18 KDC Keutapang Dua Football Team! Did they won? Did they more crazy than Under 19 Indonesia Football Team?
U 18 UMS Mila FC is a new generation football player from Mila District, Pidie Regency, Aceh. They just won a tournament in Pidie. As a celebration, they took holiday to Banda Aceh, around three hours of road trip from Pidie.
About 30 young boys from some village in Mila District were joined U 18 UMS Mila Squad. They coached by Nazir whom famous with namely ‘Jez Mourinho’. Like Jose Mourinho from Portugal, right? Haha. And he built the team with his assistant, Gunawan alias Cek Gun.
Cek Gun is one of UMS Mila Squad when they won Lattansa Cup in 2007. Lattansa is short for Latih Tanding Bersama. If we say in English, maybe “Jointly Training and Matching”. Isn’t it? :D
Exactly, Lattansa is a region football competition in Pidie. This competition organized by some businessmen from Pidie who care the football progress. Any tens of football team from Pidie were joined. The rule of the game in this competition similar to Europe Championship League.
And that time, UMS Mila was awesome! They earned The Rotation Trophy (the meaning is piala bergilir, hehe) for first time. But, in the next season (next year), they didn’t defended their trophy. But, in my humble, that time is golden time for UMS Mila.
Nowdays, their succes will be redone by U 18 UMS Mila. I do sure that. Because, people beyond Mila Distcrict take attention to UMS Mila Squad. They always watching each UMS Mila was matching. Anywhere and anytime. They said that the performance of UMS Mila FC is crazy, crazy. Haha.
Warming up!
Looks as a monster.
Jez Mourinho. :D
The players and official team before kick off.
Cek Gun and Jez Mourinho.
And… On June 24, 2014, U 18 UMS Mila defeated U 18 KDC Keutapang Dua almost. The final score for these friendly match is 4-4. A good performance, I thought. Because KDC is a team coached by a legendary football player of Aceh, Dahlan Jalil. Bravo UMS Mila![]
Go home. :)

When 'the stars' won the game, there is 'love' was sprout. :D
Thank a lot Bang Dayat for gave us some free ticket. The ticket that brought us to Harapan Bangsa Stadium, Banda Aceh. Then we watched performance The New Star of  Under 19 Indonesia Football Team. That is first time I saw the actions of Evan Dimas cs. directly.

Before the game started, I didn't sure I have the chance for it. Because the committee sold the ticket so expensive, between Rp 40,000,- to Rp 80,000,-. The nominal is too big for the youth like me and my friends. Hm... my friends who have not job yet. Haha. And we got the last nominal, Rp 80,000,-. :)
Supporters.
The queue of supporter in front of stadium gate.
And..

On Friday night, 2014 June 6, me, my housemate Fahrijal and his daughter Niar, two Bang Dayat friends, gone to Harapan Bangsa Stadium.

How a fanatic Acehnese. More of 30 thousands people was came. They were passed of the stadium capacity. And it is looks like attended the international matches.

Hmm.. In the stadium, that night, we as such as have dreaming. But, we didn't have dreamed. We really really watched a fantastic performance of the best boys from Indonesia football arena. Finally, young team of Indonesia defeated The Under 21 Aceh Football Team, 4-0. A fabulous game.[]

THE MOMENTS:

The players have pray before kick off.
Supporters met the players of U-19 Indonesia when the match was finished.
A hat of Indonesia fanatic supporter.
Niar, Bang Dayat, and Fahrijal posed with two kids that wear the Indonesia attribute.
Even, young Neymar came with his father, from Brazil. Haha.
So sad, the supporters didn't brought the junk when go home. :(

The Boh Saoh Salad

Posted by Unknown on Tuesday, 13 May 2014

Lincah Boh Saoh Matang.
Bireuen Regency was nicknamed Kota Juang or 'Fighting City'. (You can correct it, :D) This district also famoused for cullinary tourism, Sate Matang at Matang Geulumpang Dua, Rujak Manis and Bakso Gatok at Kutablang Distcrick.

But, when I went to Bireuen some day ago, I found a new one in other of them. A traditional cullinary that named Lincah Boh Saoh.

Lincah is rujak in Indonesian. Maybe, we are said it the salad in English, are not it? And boh saoh is sawo or chicoo.

On Sunday, 10 Mei 2014, I and some bloggermate, were visited Pozan Matang-Zulham Yusuf house, at Meunasah Timu, Peusangan Districk, Bireuen, Aceh. It was a week after their father was died. I were surprised when Bro Pozan served us Lincah Boh Saoh. You can see that in my pic. below (above too).

Eating the boh saoh salad
Deliciously. There are three tastes: sweet, chelate, and bitter.

How to make it?

You just to provide the pliek u (dried copra), some of cayyanne, a bit of salt, some of boh saoh, a lime, the papaya leaves and the banana leaves.

"The first, to mix the pliek u, cayyanne, and salt, in the millstone or etc. Give them a little of lime juice, then blend them," said Bro Pozan who made The Boh Saoh Salad.

After it, filling the slices of chicoo and papaya leaves in to the millstone, then to blend them again until looks refined. The next, serve it in the leaf-brass of banana.

Tadaaa! Lincah Boh Saoh Matang already be eaten. :D

Hm.. Nyammiii. :D (FOTO: Muksalmina Blc)

The cangklek is a rare fruit in Aceh, especially Pidie. The last time I saw it when I were in secondary school. At the time, there was a tree of cangklek in front of my uncle's house. But, when I were in junior hight school never saw it again.

Why?

The cangklek tree was cut out legally. Because in that area used to built a house. Hufff!

So, I have to thanks to those child for remainding me my favorite fruit. :D

The Cangklek, my favorite when I were child.
