The cangklek children. :D
were surprised when I went back home last week. I saw children at sideway of Banda Aceh - Medan. Particularly in Jok Village, Padang Tiji, Pidie. They sold 'boh cangklek' which is a name of tropycal fruit of Aceh.

The cangklek is a rare fruit in Aceh, especially Pidie. The last time I saw it when I were in secondary school. At the time, there was a tree of cangklek in front of my uncle's house. But, when I were in junior hight school never saw it again.

Why?

The cangklek tree was cut out legally. Because in that area used to built a house. Hufff!

So, I have to thanks to those child for remainding me my favorite fruit. :D

The Cangklek, my favorite when I were child.
